On May 3 at about 1 a.m., Mount Pleasant police arrested 28-year-old Chandler Cone near Coleman Boulevard and Simmons Street for a 3rd DUI charge after he failed to turn on his headlights and did not pass field sobriety tests—records show he had previous DUI convictions.
