- ➤ Navy scientists tested unmanned boats from Sullivan's Island and launched an 11-foot Lightfish vessel that crossed the Atlantic in 62 days, arriving in Portugal on Sept. 9. They monitored command changes between Navy fleets & demonstrated new software that may guide future unmanned missions. The Post and Courier

- ➤ Mount Pleasant resident Charles Nicholson, a sales professional, found relief from dangerous sleep apnea after his surgeon referred him to a sleep specialist following sinus surgery in late 2022 — his new Inspire therapy now gives him better sleep and renewed safety on the road and at home.
