Dominion Energy and NextEra Energy are seeking regulatory approval for a merger that may offer SC customers benefits like bill credits and job investments similar to Virginia’s package.
A public hearing in Columbia is set for Nov. 17 at 6 p.m. at the SC Department of Archives and History.
