- ➤ The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is reminding residents that Narcan stands are in place to help reduce opioid overdoses over the long holiday weekend—six overdoses, including two fatal incidents, were recorded on Wednesday. - ➤ County leaders announced that the Oakbrook Sports Complex will get a $12 million upgrade that will transform over 17 acres into modern recreation space with new soccer and baseball fields and improved drainage along a link to the Sawmill Branch Trail.
