  • Mount Pleasant police pulled over Nicholas Burlos (29) on Coleman Boulevard and Fairmont Avenue early July 4 after he drove 47 mph in a 30 mph zone and arrested him on a DUI 2nd charge; his breath test measured (.17) percent alcohol.  Moultrie News
