- ➤ The Charleston County School District and Charleston Southern University launched a new dual enrollment program for local high school students this week at North Charleston High School, RB Stall High School & St. John's High School. Eligible students with a minimum 3.0 GPA can apply in the fall to earn college credit with tuition covered by the district and a small participation fee required. WCIV
