- ➤ Early Sunday, May 18 at around 2 a.m., North Charleston Police responded to a shooting near Patriot Boulevard where an off-duty Mount Pleasant officer was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend that led to a man being shot and taken to a hospital—she is now on administrative leave.
