- ➤ A suspect who fled a traffic stop Saturday was found hiding under a house near Huger after a multi-county chase and taken to the Medical University of South Carolina — he was charged with DUI, failure to stop, no proof of insurance and speeding by Charleston County deputies and resisting arrest by Berkeley County deputies — and booked at the Al Cannon Detention Center. - ➤ On April 24, Mount Pleasant police arrested two female motorists on Coleman Boulevard for DUI after spotting them driving erratically—one registered a 0.13 BAC after drinking wine while the other admitted to having two beers and later refused to give a breath sample. Moultrie News
- ➤ On Saturday, a suspect fleeing a traffic stop across two Lowcountry counties was caught under a house by a K9—he is now receiving medical treatment and will face charges in both Charleston and Berkeley counties. WCIV
