Donald Lee Robinson, 58, died after suffering a medical emergency at Al Cannon Detention Center and was taken to Trident—Centre Point Emergency Department at 9:33 p.m. where deputies, detention center medical staff, North Charleston Fire and Charleston County EMS tried life-saving measures, and his death is under investigation pending autopsy.
