- ➤ ABC News 4’s Trooper Bob & George Sink Injury Lawyers launched Free Gas Friday, a driver safety initiative that awarded nine $99 gas cards on Monday, Feb. 23 and will host live, one-hour pop-up events at 9:00 a.m. on select Fridays where Trooper Bob will share safety reminders. WCIV
- ➤ On Johns Island this week, Sea Island Habitat for Humanity hosts its annual Women Build event where 300 volunteers help build an affordable home for Carol Mack + potentially cut construction time by nearly two months as the project moves toward a spring finish. WCIV

- ➤ Historical records show that Revolutionary War hero Christopher Gadsden built the bridge that became Pitt Street Bridge in Old Village, leaving a legacy that shapes local heritage (he famously designed the 'Don't Tread on Me' flag). The Post and Courier
