The Moultrie Middle School gym was renamed on Feb.
20 to honor Coach Otto German, a local sports icon celebrated for his mentorship. Community leaders, former teammates and officials marked his legacy with heartfelt remarks + a key to the city.
🏥 Health
MUSC Health is now the only site in South Carolina offering balloon pulmonary angioplasty to treat disabling symptoms of CTEPH, a condition caused by blood clots in the lungs.
The procedure uses a catheter and tiny balloon (performed by Dr. Todoran) to open blocked vessels and improve blood flow.

The Stingrays rallied to win 3-2 in overtime at the Coliseum Saturday night after a last-minute comeback; the team, with a 6-1 overtime record, will face the Savannah Ghost Pirates Friday at 7 p.m.
