About this event
Our Foundational classes are designed to welcome as many people as possible to group classes. These classes are perfect for those who have never taken Pilates before! Also great for people working with limitations or getting back into the swing of Pilates after some time away. Just because these classes are open to beginners doesn't mean they arent challenging! Come prepared to work hard. No prior experience required!
