Women ages 14 and up are invited to begin the morning with gentle yoga movements, Scripture meditation, and prayer. Modifications will be available for a variety of physical abilities. Please bring a yoga mat. This free gathering is a welcoming opportunity to care for your mind, body, and soul while spending time in God’s presence.
