About this event
Join us for a special community class to experience what Freedom Studio is all about! This all-levels class blends three of our classes: SCULPT, FLOW + CALM! We'll start with low-impact strengthening exercises, transition into breath-led yoga, and finish with deep stretches and mindfulness! Freedom members and anyone seeing this who doesn't live in Belle Hall are welcome to join, too! Level: All levels! What to bring: Yoga mat + water. Class is barefoot. Mats are available at the studio! Room temperature: Warm
