Prohibition will kick off the holiday season on Friday, Nov. 27, with the return of the Christmas-themed pop-up bar, Sippin' Santa . Opening at 11 a.m., guests will experience Prohibition decorated from floor to ceiling as a holiday wonderland.

Complete with a menu of festive cocktails served in Sippin' Santa's signature Christmas mugs and glassware, Prohibition's culinary team will also serve holiday-inspired bites in addition to the regular dinner and brunch menus.

The Sippin' Santa cocktail menu will feature some of its tiki-inspired favorites from years past, as well as new cocktails for the 2026 holiday season. To enhance the holiday spirit, each cocktail will be served in a festive mug or glass, which will be available for purchase.

Chefs Greg Garrison and Analisa LaPietra, along with the Prohibition culinary team, will serve holiday-inspired specials throughout the pop-up that highlight the flavors of the season. Fresh, local ingredients will be used whenever possible.

Sippin' Santa at Prohibition will also feature special events throughout the holiday season, including: • Sunday, Dec. 6, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. — Sippin' Santa at Prohibition's Holiday Vendors Market: Featuring local vendors, discounts on Sippin' Santa mugs, photo opportunities with Santa Claus and free milk and cookies for kids.

• Sunday, Dec. 13, 8-11 p.m. — Santa Claus on King Street: Stop by to take pictures with Santa Claus.

• Monday, Dec. 14, 9 p.m. — Grinchmas: Head to Sippin' Santa at Prohibition for a Grinch meet-and-greet and live music by the Carolina King Snakes.

Sippin' Santa at Prohibition will be open from Friday, Nov. 27, through Saturday, Jan. 2. Hours of operation will be Monday through Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Limited reservations are available, and walk-ins are welcome.
