Sunday Oyster Roasts are back at Firefly Distillery, out on the five acre field along Noisette Creek in North Charleston.

Here is how the day goes. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and all you can eat oysters from Reeds Catering and Bird Island Oyster Co. hit the tables from noon to 3 p.m. They get dropped at community style tables, so you spend the afternoon shucking next to friends and neighbors. Bring your own shucker if you have one. If you don't, the Gift Shop has you covered.

There is live music on the field and a food truck on site, and the lineup changes from one Sunday to the next. Firefly cocktails, beer, and soft drinks are available all afternoon. Blankets and chairs are welcome, so bring what you need and settle in for the day.

Tickets are $35 and kids 12 and under get in free. Firefly does not run a box office at the gate, and walk up availability is extremely limited, so grab yours ahead of time.
