Wine Class: Intro to Bordeaux, France

Grape to Table Wine Classes! Join me, Sarah O’Kelley, as I host a fall series of wine classes – a Tour of France – at Wine & Company (a bottle shop and wine bar), 441 Meeting Street. There will be three classes: Intro to Burgundy, Intro to Bordeaux, and Intro to the Loire Valley. The classes will offer insight into history, geography, geology, and culture. With each class you will taste four outstanding wines, enjoy a small snack, and receive a well developed information packet (with maps). They will be offered from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. one Saturday per month this fall (see schedule below). The cost is $50 per class, but hospitality industry employees receive a 50% discount. The discount is limited to those actively working in restaurants, bars, hotels, wine sales, etc. Seating is limited and advanced purchase of tickets is required.
