You’re in the right place. Our classes are designed for ALL experience levels, including first-time riders. Instructors provide guidance on bike setup, resistance, and movements throughout class so you can feel comfortable and successful from the start. Choreography is always optional. Expect good music, good energy, and a room full of people cheering you on. Confidence looks good on everyone. What to expect; • 45-minute instructor-led cycling class • FREE Parking • Music-driven choreography and strength intervals • Shoes available for rent or bring your own SPD-compatible shoes • Towels provided • Arrive 10–15 minutes early, bikes are first come first serve.
