Hey Queens & Kings! Welcome to our West Ashley home. 639 Dupont rd. unit B Charleston, SC 29407 New to cycling? You’re in the right place. Our classes are designed for ALL experience levels, including first-time riders. Instructors provide guidance on bike setup, resistance, and movements throughout class so you can feel comfortable and successful from the start. Choreography is always optional. Expect good music, good energy, and a room full of people cheering you on. Confidence looks good on everyone. What to expect; • 45-minute instructor-led cycling class • FREE Parking • Music-driven choreography and strength intervals • Shoes available for rent or bring your own SPD-compatible shoes • Towels provided • Arrive 10–15 minutes early, bikes are first come first serve. Please note - We allow a 5-minute grace period , but pull up early to get set up on your bike so we can start the party right on time. Doors will lock after 5 minutes for safety purposes and respect to other riders.
