Steps to a Still Life with Alia Kroos

About this event

Join local artist Alia Kroos to learn the fundamentals of observational drawing through the study of still life. The workshop will begin with an introduction to key drawing concepts, including observation, composition, measuring, value, and shading techniques. Students will then have the opportunity to apply what they have learned while drawing from a curated still life arrangement with guided instruction and individual feedback throughout the session. You will leave with a stronger understanding of drawing from life, increased confidence, and one or more finished drawings!

Fee: $20. Registration opens on November 1 and closes at 5:00pm on November 19.
